Consider for a moment the caterpillar.  It has a life as a caterpillar, but at some point, it goes into a cocoon, goes through a metamorphosis, and is transformed into something different…A butterfly!  In some ways, that is what happens to us as followers of Jesus.  We have a life before we meet Jesus, then we have this transformational experience or metamorphosis.  We become something much different than we were.  Since Spring has just begun, let me encourage you to keep on the lookout for butterflies…and then remember how Christ has changed our lives.
